On the other hand some of the staff/lifeguards were grouped up making fun of me because I was wearing makeup, which I didn't care but it's Still very very unpersonal and rude. I've been there three times and two of the times we've had to leave within 2 to 4 hours of being there because of the chance it may start to "rain" and they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS regardless of what happens
We go every year! Love everything about it except for the long lines for the rides. Lazy River is my fave, very relaxing. Lifeguards are alert and so far do an excellent job!
I really loved this place because it was just really an amazing experience. We had a really great time.It took a while to get there,but it was worth it. I can say to me it is better than Magic Springs. I love the big barrel of water that drops down. I loved and enjoyed this experience it was really fun. I recommend,if you want to plan a fun trip go here!!! I was amazing!!!
It's a very clean and well maintained water park. All of the rides are very fun.
If I could give Geyser Falls 3 1/2 stars, I would. The idea is nice. The slides are great, the park is clean and well maintained, and the lagoon/beach is really nice. Unfortunately, the cabanas are a complete waste of money. Our "attendant " made one brief appearance the entire day. We had to get everything ourselves. That would absolutely fine if we weren't paying an extra $100 for her and the TV that we couldn't even turn on because the cord was cut. Also the wave pool didn't produce any waves the entire day, and they only let people swim in it for 15 minutes at a time. If they just paid some attention to detail, this would be my favorite water park.
It is a great water park without the long waiting lines. All the slides move pretty quickly. Worth the money especially if you plan on spending the whole day there. All the life guards seem to be aware of everyone and everything. They accommodated my little sister who has autism as well. I've been there a few times. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Oh and it's best to get the season pass. It pays for itself. ✌
