I ordered a bull bar for my son for Christmas in November of 2015 for his Jeep. On March 24, 2016 the bull bar still hadn't come in and Mac had not once returned a phone call when inquiring about it. Every time I called I had to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes only for him to say "ah ah ah it's showing it's ordered but it's back ordered"." I'll call ya when I hear something." Finally after being on hold for over 45 minutes Mac told me I needed to find someone else to order it from. So I went to SMI in Meridian who got me the bull bar in 3 days. Ironically enough Mac orders from SMI! He never once seemed apologetic about the poor customer service or about his inability to get the product in. It's obvious he never intended to order the bull bar considering the company he orders from could get it in 3 days. I hope this is a red flag for all new customers to Mac Holley's Auto Care.
Place will lie , cheat and rip you off. Don't go there. Will contact attorney General.
Every time they "fix" a problem, it's the same or worse OR A NEW PROBLEM. Mack doesn't return phone calls and doesn't make good on his word. On three separate occasions our vehicle was "finished up and good to go", upon pick-up, it still was not fixed and had to be taken right back! Ridiculous. This business should be put right out of misery! Would not recommend to anyone.
Paid 500 to get my car fixed, still wasn't fixed so I took it back. they put every vehicle in front of mine when mine should have been put first Bc they are the ones that screwed it up. It sat in the shop for 5 days before being fixed. He never once called me to update me or let me know about my car. Do not recommend this place
Horrible place to take your vehicle. My truck is having it's third motor put in it and it's still NOT fixed!!!
