The fishing rodeo did not come close in comparison to the ones in north Mississippi. People arrived as early as 5:30 am just to find out they had to what until 7:00am to register before being allowed into the lake. Once registered they were held behind fencing until almost 8:30 before being allowed to fish. The fish bit for the first 30 minutes then it was over. Neshoba Lake if you want to know how to put on a fishing rodeo come visit north Mississippi during one of theirs. Trace Lake, Lake Lamar Bruce, Tishomingo, Tippah Lake, Veteran's Park, etc. these people know how to make fishing fun for the kids.

It's a perfect place to camp and fish and very quiet
