Ice cream machine down..Icee machine also down...everyone looked busy but nothing was getting done. Order was messed up. Not sure if it was worth it!

I went in ordered a #1 with cheese and then I waited 10-15 mins and of course they completely forget tommy order so I had to go back to the counter and get them to make my order, then when I finally got my order the food was disgusting by far the nastiest Krystal’s I’ve ever had the bread tasted like it was 2 months old the chees was disgusting and the meat was ice cold like it was sitting out for hours oh and the fries were old and stale as well. I love Krystal’s and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with them.
They get the orders right and out to you quickly. They treat you like a customer not a nueces.
never miss the chance to get some food food on my way threw.
