I went to buy a new phone and switch over to Direct TV. I received no information about my new phone, which I had never had one like it. My AT&T guy, Matt, did not tell me anything about it. I told him I want everything in my name and got home and it was in my husband's name. So here I am with a phone that is in my husband's name and he will raise hell about and It won't operate because he didn't tell me about it. I wish I had never walked in that store and talk to "MATT" and purchased all this stuff from him. All Matt was interested in was getting that check and getting to the next person.
