Sub-par experience. Brought my PC in to diagnose problems, paid the fee up front. The employees neglected to tell me they did not actually look at the PC at their store - they send it to the location in Starkville, MS, which is an extra 50 miles away for me. Had to go out of my way and spend a good portion of my day just to get my PC back as well as half a tank of gas. Otherwise they diagnosed the problem accurately and actually showed me what they did to check it and confirm for me. Could not give me a time estimate as well for their service; I just assumed it would take a full business day, which it ended up being.
Make sure to ask questions up front and make sure where you need to pick up your product.
