Rooms were clean, staff was nice, located in close proximity to convenient stores, fast food, William's Bro's. General Store, Pearl River Resort, Lowe's and Rush Medical Clinic.
Staff was friendly, but there was a bug (pretty sure it was a cockroach) as soon as we walked in. The beds were uncomfortable and the coffee tasted like chemicals
I give this hotel a zero star for service. Thanks to the the front desk manager who called my room screaming, saying i need to pay up or leave and it was 12 o'clock and I stated that i was a diamond member that put in for a 2 pm checkout cause i gotten off of work at 7am this morning. she then started yelling saying everybody here is a diamond member and she doesn't care about that. Then she again gave me a hard time while picking up my receipt. She started fussing again about nobody around here gives a 2pm checkout and she also stated she doesn't care about Choice Hotels contacting here about this situation. Shame on you Lady you make Choice Look BAD! And the pool is shot and looks like it will Not be getting fixed anytime soon.Bad Customer Service that needs attention immediately!
