I wouldn't waste my time and money with this place. Checked in late traveling and when I arrived to the room the air conditioning would not cool. The night auditor wouldn't change my room and wouldn't change rooms. At check in the man was very rude and assumed I smoked so he checked me into a smoking room.
We went to water park all day and came back to the hotel...the side door didn't shut so anyone can come and go...there was a young lady I think str8 out on drugs sitting in hall way. I told my kids to just get in the room. I got all our bags from the car bc I didn't feel safe with them out there. I also had some friends that stayed in a different room, their room was nice. I guess since I got mine through expedia they have me the cheap/nasty room bc I had a discount...anyway, now were home and it's been a little over two and a half weeks that I've been dealing with this bed bug issue, not to mention the atleaat least 400.00 in products I've had to buy to help with it and the time it's taken to wash all clothes through out me and my daughter's room and dry everything and search every nook and cranny in our bunk bed to rid ourselves from these bugs that we got in your hotel rm I believe it was rm 119. Last door on right at the end of hallway. We were there on June 20, 2017...i will tell everyone I know about the issues I had at your establishment....
Sorry I'm a little late reviewing this place but I've been killing bed bugs since I've been back!! Me and my kids got a room through expedia, it was about 62.00. I was looking for a cheap room bc we were going to spend the day of and the day after at geyser falls so it didn't have to have a pool or anything like that...when we checked in we noticed puke or some other substance stain on the lamp shade and on the ceiling. The ceiling was full of dust bunnies/spider send. I mean full!! My son changed clothes in the bathroom and used it before we were on our way out. It filled the toilet up with brown water. I went to front desk and the lady said they had been doing something to the hydrant and it was like that in their kitchen and for me to just flush it a bunch and it should get clear. Well it finally did..
I thought overall it was fair price " around 70.00 " for a last second booking for a saturday night and just a couple of miles from the casino and Geyser Falls Water Park. The continental breakfast wasn't all that but I will have to admit I liked the chocolate chip muffins. The AC was good and cold the king bed ok , shower was hot. I guess what else can you ask for ?
