Maybe it’s the construction going, but this place is not good. The toilet was running water all nite and the front desk people at night are very rude! Will never come back to location!
They are rude and lack customer service. I always stay at Holiday Inns but I will never stay at this location again. When I come back in July we will stay at the Pearl Resort.
It is good for you to get a hotel like this
Loved every minute of my stay. The staff is amazing. From the front deak clerk Cecily, to the cleaners, to the breakfast attendants I give 5 stars across the board for courtesy and service. Clean rooms, ample parking, close to shopping and casino. Also the continental breakfast was not your average juice and donuts breakfast. It was really a nice buffet in my book.
They are currently in the process of renovating but they are open for business. Even with everything going on around the building the staff is super friendly and everything still appears to be functioning as normal. There are definitely signs of the renovation but the staff is getting everything done and in order. The rooms are clean, the WiFi is staying up and the breakfast is as good as one would expect.
